Description

PADF is seeking a full-time Project Director to lead an upcoming U.S. Department of Labor project in Paraguay focused on child protection, labor standards, child labor, youth employment, digital safety, and online exploitation risks. The role will manage project activities, stakeholders, government and private-sector partners, technical specialists, consultants, and local partners; oversee financial, operational, and reporting requirements; monitor performance goals; prepare reports; and travel within Paraguay and to Washington DC as needed. The position is contingent on funding and requires a relevant degree, at least 10 years of project management and cooperative-agreement experience, leadership experience in child-labor projects, strong stakeholder and coalition-building skills, public-speaking ability, and fluency in English and Spanish.
