The Project Engineer 2 manages and executes large-scale heavy-highway and heavy-civil construction projects, overseeing project plans, milestones, documentation, reporting, stakeholder relationships, budgets, costs, quality, risks, and contingency plans. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Oracle P6, Power BI, AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation, and Viewpoint Vista ERP.
