Description
Radial Power is hiring a Project Engineer to support the technical evaluation, engineering design, and execution of commercial and industrial solar projects from initial feasibility through construction. The role reviews structural as-built drawings, rooftop and ground-mounted PV feasibility, racking systems, geotechnical reports, foundation designs, and engineering calculations; supports design reviews, technical risk mitigation, documentation, quality standards, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, project management, procurement, construction, consultants, EPC contractors, and equipment vendors. A bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline is required, along with 2–4 years of Project Engineer experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or structural engineering.
