Description
The Project Manager will facilitate project management across the organization for high-complexity, high-impact projects and support the divisional project portfolio. Responsibilities include planning and controlling projects, implementing project management tools and standards, maintaining project records, supporting NPI program managers, developing templates and procedures, mentoring project leaders and Project Engineers, and documenting lessons learned. The role requires a university engineering degree, at least five years of professional technical experience or four years in the medical industry, and desirable knowledge of PMBOK, portfolio management, ProChain, Scrum, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and critical chain methods.
