Description
SeaArk LLC is hiring a full-time Project Engineer in Monticello, Arkansas to support engineering projects that improve boat manufacturing operations, including welding, rigging, painting, and final assembly. The role works closely with Production, Design, Quality, and Supply Chain to launch new models, resolve production issues, maintain documentation, and drive Lean continuous improvement in a marine manufacturing environment. The position requires a hands-on engineer with 3–5 years of manufacturing or project engineering experience, a relevant engineering degree preferred, and familiarity with CAD, ERP/MRP systems, and ABYC/USCG standards preferred.
