ABB is hiring a DCS Automation Engineer to lead end-to-end automation engineering for process-industry projects serving metals, pulp and paper, mining, and cement sectors. The role covers basic and detailed engineering, hardware and application programming, testing, commissioning, service, technical specifications, engineering drawings, and coordination with other engineering departments. It requires a relevant engineering degree, 5–6 years of automation and process experience, and knowledge of DCS, PLC, HMI, networking, and communication protocols; ABB automation systems are an added advantage. The position is based in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid work model.
