The role combines project management, technical engineering, equipment reliability, process improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities spanning scope development, budgeting, design, procurement, construction, start-up, closeout, and long-term capital planning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, at least two years of manufacturing engineering experience, project management and technical skills, and familiarity with food or process manufacturing equipment, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance.
