BAE Systems is hiring a Project Engineer in Cowes for a hybrid role requiring 3–4 days per week onsite. The role applies engineering expertise to develop radar products and services, resolve complex technical challenges, lead qualification and assurance activities, conduct reviews and validation, and support safety, quality, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
