BAE Systems is hiring a Project Engineer in Cowes for a hybrid role requiring 3–4 days per week onsite. The role applies engineering expertise to develop radar products and services, resolve complex technical challenges, lead qualification and assurance activities, conduct reviews and validation, and support safety, quality, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements. Candidates need extensive engineering expertise, a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering discipline, Chartered Engineer status or accreditation progress, and strong analytical and communication skills.
