Higgins is hiring a permanent, full-time Project Engineer in Wellington to lead civil construction and road maintenance project delivery. The role covers planning, programming, site coordination, technical leadership, quality and compliance, setting out, subcontractor management, commercial performance, risk management, and stakeholder relationships. Candidates need civil construction, infrastructure, or road maintenance project delivery experience, engineering or construction qualifications, a full Class 1 driver's licence, and strong leadership and communication skills; road maintenance experience and familiarity with AWM, RAMM, NZS3910, and NZS3917 are advantageous.
