Description
The Project Engineer will identify, design, and complete capital infrastructure projects for a chemical plant, while also supporting new developmental projects. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, developing training plans, supporting process and product development, programming and troubleshooting plant controls, implementing process automation, providing engineering technical support, maintaining standards, and supporting quality, environmental, health, and safety compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related discipline, 5–10 years of process or project experience in the chemical process industry, and experience developing and managing capital projects and budgets.
