Coherent Corp. is hiring an entry-level engineering project coordination professional to support planning, execution, documentation, manufacturing coordination, and customer communication for micro-channeling and laser machining projects involving advanced thermal management components such as liquid cold plates, printed circuit boards, and heat exchanger plates. The role works cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, product management, and customer-facing teams, and supports process development, prototype builds, production readiness, data analysis, risk tracking, and continuous improvement.
