Coherent Corp. is hiring an entry-level Engineering Project Coordinator to support micro-channeling and laser machining projects for thermal management components. The role coordinates project planning, deliverables, risks, manufacturing trials, production readiness, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and customer teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with mechanical engineering preferred, and 0–5 years of relevant engineering, project coordination, manufacturing, internship, co-op, or technical experience. The position is based in an office, engineering, laboratory, and manufacturing environment, with possible limited travel.
