The role coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, contractors, government agencies, and co-manufacturing partners; manages scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, reporting, and project performance; leads small engineering design teams; and provides technical leadership for manufacturing processes and equipment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least two years of project management experience, and experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing environment. It is onsite, may require travel averaging 30% to 40%, and offers a $64,000-$95,000 annual salary plus healthcare, retirement, and other benefits.
