Description
The Project Engineer will support technical installation projects in residential and commercial building construction from the design phase onward. Responsibilities include designing ventilation systems, preparing and checking technical calculations, guiding BIM modelers, supporting work preparation, consulting with contractors and project partners, identifying additional or reduced work, and ensuring complete installation designs. The role is intended for an entry-level candidate with a mechanical engineering or building services engineering qualification, interest in ventilation and building systems, and familiarity with BIM and 3D modeling. The position is based in Rotterdam and offers approximately €2,750 to €3,500 gross per month, along with vacation days, pension, training opportunities, and career progression.
