Description
The Project Engineer will develop and coordinate technical installation projects across residential and non-residential construction, translating customer requirements into feasible solutions and guiding projects from concept through execution. The role involves coordinating engineering, work preparation, project management, and execution; managing and guiding BIM modelers; reviewing technical designs and models; monitoring quality and progress; resolving technical bottlenecks; and maintaining contact with internal and external project partners. Candidates need an MBO or HBO qualification in a relevant engineering or construction field, building services engineering experience, technical design and BIM assessment ability, planning and coordination skills, Dutch language proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €4,500, vacation and pension benefits, a training budget, travel reimbursement, and development opportunities.
