Copeland is hiring a full-time, onsite Project Engineer in Mikulov, Czechia, to lead new-product development for HVACR and cold-chain technologies. The role covers product design, mechanical and control-system engineering, testing, qualification, certification, prototyping, cost reduction, project management, and engineering-team leadership. Candidates need a mechanical or electromechanical engineering master's degree, thermodynamics education or experience, at least 1–2 years of industrial technical experience, product-certification and project-leadership experience, and fluent Czech with B2 English. The position requires worldwide travel and does not provide visa sponsorship.
