COVE is hiring a full-time Project Engineer in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to provide engineering oversight, technical governance, risk assessment, and independent technical review across a portfolio of complex marine, defence, and dual-use technology projects. The role translates operational needs into engineering requirements, reviews designs and test plans, supports procurement and contract administration, oversees contractor-led system integration, and prepares technical assessments and stakeholder briefings. It requires a Professional Engineer designation or eligibility, at least five years of progressive experience, security-clearance eligibility, and strong systems-integration and technical-governance knowledge. The position offers a hybrid work model with remote work one day per week and medical and dental benefits.
