Description

This Project Engineer role involves leading end-to-end project planning and controls, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and statutory requirements. The engineer serves as a central coordination point for various project activities, develops project baselines, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, and monitors project progress using earned value metrics.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in project management for large-scale, mixed-use Hospitality & Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive teams toward timely and quality project delivery.
