ERTO is hiring a Project Engineer / Change Management Lead to support complex infrastructure and technology projects across the Motorway Operations Control Centre, Dublin Tunnel, and Jack Lynch Tunnel. The role combines project engineering for capital works, renewals, and upgrades with leadership of the Change Control Process, including impact assessments, risk reviews, stakeholder engagement, approvals, and documentation traceability. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering, NEC contract knowledge, project management and ISO standards familiarity, asset-management software proficiency, and strong technical communication and stakeholder-management skills.
