Description
Elgin Energy is hiring a Project Engineer to support utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects across the UK, Ireland, and other Elgin Energy markets. The role covers early-stage feasibility, constructability, planning and grid applications, technical risk management, design reviews, consultant coordination, tender and contractual support, and site inspections. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, ideally three years of experience with large-scale PV and BESS projects, and knowledge of PV development, grid connections, design codes, and health and safety legislation in Ireland and the UK.
