Description
The role provides engineering leadership to a multidisciplinary team, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers. Responsibilities include developing Statements of Work, managing SOW changes, leading project execution, tracking performance metrics, coordinating resources, implementing risk mitigation, and comparing actual performance against baseline plans. The position requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field and experience leading or managing multidisciplinary engineering project teams.
