EPI Power is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the development of electrical prefabricated assemblies at their Des Moines prefabrication shop. This role involves both engineering design (50%) and hands-on shop-floor execution (50%), requiring a technically strong individual comfortable with tools and production teams. The Project Engineer will be responsible for developing 3D CAD models, translating designs into shop-ready drawings, identifying design gaps, creating standardized build methods, prototyping new assemblies, and troubleshooting build challenges. The position also entails leading a specific prefabrication category, maintaining design standards, coordinating material needs, and tracking production status. The role is full-time and on-site in Des Moines, IA.
