Project Engineer at First Quality

The role leads the specification, selection, purchase, installation, startup, validation, and ongoing improvement of major capital equipment projects, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages budgets and schedules, develops procedures and training materials, and ensures compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or manufacturing engineering or an equivalent technical field, at least five years of process manufacturing experience, and at least five years of experience leading large capital projects.
