Forgen is hiring an entry-level Project Engineer I to support office and field operations for civil, geotechnical, and environmental construction projects. The role assists with project planning, cost estimates, documentation, technical reviews, quality control, surveying, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and progress reporting. It is an office and field hybrid position requiring 75% travel, with work locations in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Houston, Texas; and Dallas, Texas. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field and 0–3 years of construction or engineering experience are required.
