Description
GenCap Construction Corp. is hiring a Project Engineer to support mixed-use and mid-rise commercial construction projects. The role coordinates project documentation, quality control, testing and inspections, submittals, procurement, RFIs, change orders, as-builts, schedules, and field operations while supporting the Superintendent and Project Manager. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction or engineering field or equivalent education and experience, typically 0–3 years of commercial or multifamily construction experience, and the ability to work on active construction jobsites. Compensation is $80,000–$97,000 per year plus annual bonus potential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
