Description
The Project Engineer independently manages tendering and awarding of subcontractor services for building services engineering. The role covers strategic procurement, supplier and subcontractor network management, technical and commercial bid review, contract negotiations, contract awards, procurement-process optimization, bill of quantities preparation, and technical review of designs and bills of quantities. The profile requires a relevant degree or comparable qualification, practical procurement or TGA experience, knowledge of construction contract regulations and contract law, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
