Griffith Company is hiring an experienced Project Engineer to support growing operations in San Luis Obispo. The role provides technical information to the Project Manager, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, maintains project controls and documentation, supports construction planning and quality control, resolves design conflicts, tracks costs and schedules, and performs job closeout. Candidates should have experience on structures projects, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training and experience, and proficiency with construction software and material takeoffs. The position offers an annual salary of $75,000 to $100,000, along with health benefits, performance-based compensation, vacation, sick days, paid holidays, and a 401K program.
