Description
The Project Engineer plans, coordinates, and executes automotive engineering projects from concept through production launch. The role leads engineering projects for automotive components, systems, or vehicle programs; develops project plans, schedules, budgets, and technical documentation; coordinates design, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supplier teams; manages ECR/ECO and product revisions; supports prototyping, validation testing, and production launches; and drives continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 3–7 years of automotive engineering or product development experience.
