Harder Mechanical is hiring a full-time Project Engineer in Thacker Pass, Nevada, to plan, schedule, and execute assigned construction work across commercial, advanced technology, or industrial sectors. The role coordinates field labor, reviews drawings, resolves engineering issues, monitors construction progress and quality, prepares work packages and estimates, maintains project records, mentors new engineers, and supports the project manager. Candidates need 3–10 years of construction management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, mechanical aptitude, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
