Harder Mechanical is hiring Project Engineers for semiconductor projects in the Advanced Technology sector. The role plans, schedules, and executes project scope; coordinates with field labor, design engineers, owners, suppliers, and other team members; monitors construction quality and progress; prepares work packages and estimates; maintains project records; mentors new engineers; and supports the project manager. The position requires 3–10 years of construction management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, mechanical and plumbing drawing knowledge, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel.
