Description
The Project Engineer directs and coordinates engineering projects for the plant or assigned area, including technical studies, product design, specifications, testing, equipment design, scheduling, budget control, contractor supervision, capital budgeting, and production and quality improvement. The role requires at least three years of experience or full-cycle project engineering experience, strong mechanical, hydraulic, packaging, electronics, and electrical knowledge, and the ability to communicate technical information and work flexible schedules. The position is based at the Muscatine Factory and offers a base salary of $77,800 to $97,300 plus a performance-based bonus and healthcare, dental, vision, and other benefits.
