Higley Construction is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer in Cleveland, Ohio, with responsibilities spanning project operations, safety, project controls, estimating, business development, RFI and submittal management, drawing coordination, change management, and field coordination. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or relevant experience; prior experience is not required but 1–2 years in a related field is beneficial.
