The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, developing project execution plans, controlling costs and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, engaging stakeholders, ensuring quality management, coordinating resources, adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, and handling commercial aspects like contracts and documentation.
