Horrocks is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will own the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk of multi-disciplinary water resources projects, ensuring client value and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning to construction support. This role involves developing project execution plans, managing scope, schedule, and budget controls, identifying and mitigating risks, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outputs. The Project Engineer will also handle commercial aspects like preparing fee proposals and tracking budgets, while adhering to strict documentation practices and contributing to continuous improvement.
