Description
IFAB Corp. is hiring an on-site Project Engineer – Manufacturing in Gastonia, North Carolina to own product launches from concept through production. The role leads APQP and PPAP activities, coordinates customers, suppliers, tooling vendors, and internal teams, supports manufacturability and process design, troubleshoots production ramp-up, monitors quality and cost performance, and maintains ERP/MRP data. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience, at least three years of automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing experience, and knowledge of APQP, PPAP, quality systems, technical drawings, and ERP/MRP systems.
