Description
Innotec is hiring a Launch Engineer to lead new product introduction and launch activities from development through production startup. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves technical and operational risks, drives product and process readiness, supports validation and manufacturing implementation, monitors launch performance, and leads continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least seven years of experience leading engineering projects, product launches, or program management initiatives, demonstrated success with cross-functional launches, strong technical aptitude, and manufacturing experience. Preferred qualifications include plastics, electronics, automotive, commercial vehicle, or durable goods manufacturing experience, APQP and PPAP knowledge, customer and supplier experience, product design and manufacturing process development experience, and experience managing multiple projects.
