Description
IntelliPro is seeking an experienced Solar Field Engineer / Project Engineer to support utility-scale solar construction projects across Virginia. The role coordinates with EPC contractors, permitting agencies, owners, operations, environmental, safety, and supply chain teams; monitors construction progress and compliance; manages RFIs, NCRs, submittals, change orders, commissioning, punch lists, turnover, and closeout documentation; and prepares project reports. The position requires 5–6+ years of engineering or construction engineering experience, prior utility-scale solar project experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program, and strong technical writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. The contract is 12 months with potential extension, pays $40–$42 per hour, and requires up to 75%+ travel throughout Virginia project sites.
