JKI is hiring a Junior Engineer to support customer projects by visiting customers, implementing and validating API designs in LabVIEW and Python, developing modular software components, and using source control and issue-tracking systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or science, 2 to 5 years of LabVIEW experience, strong communication skills, and substantial on-site work at customer locations in the San Francisco Bay Area or willingness to relocate. Candidates may have semiconductor, biotechnology, or defense experience, NI LabVIEW certifications, Python programming experience, community involvement, or knowledge of communication protocols.
