Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Project Engineer to support the production of Alta Rounds at its Spartanburg, South Carolina facility. The role leads structured troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, equipment reliability, productivity, quality, and safety improvements; supports capital projects, startups, product qualifications, line trials, and commercialization; and coordinates with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, OEMs, and supply-chain stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline, at least two years of manufacturing engineering experience, and knowledge of continuous-improvement and statistical methods. Travel is primarily to North American operations, with occasional international travel of up to 25% of weeks, and the salary range is $76,400 to $125,000.
