Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Project Engineer to support manufacturing equipment and production systems for its Alta Rounds single-serve coffee system at the Spartanburg, South Carolina facility. The role leads root-cause troubleshooting, equipment reliability and productivity improvements, capital projects, product introductions, line trials, OEM coordination, validation, documentation, and technical training. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline, at least two years of manufacturing engineering experience, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, FMEA, DOE, and statistical analysis. The position involves primarily North American travel, sometimes internationally, and offers a salary range of $76,400 to $125,000 plus benefits and an annual bonus.
