Molex is hiring a Project Engineer in Zhuhai, Guangdong to support production capacity improvement, track QA and MOS issues, monitor factory engineering projects, lead production improvement initiatives, manage production exceptions, and conduct client and leadership plant tours. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an engineering discipline, with optical manufacturing or project management experience preferred; strong communication, organization, execution, and problem-solving skills are required, with excellent English communication preferred.
