Molex is hiring a Project Engineer in Shanghai to lead new-product introduction from launch through mass production. The role coordinates manufacturing processes, documentation, engineering changes, validation, customer acceptance, and continuous improvement across MIE, production, quality, maintenance, planning, suppliers, and customer teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline and at least three years of project management or new-product introduction experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing, along with knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, lean manufacturing, and relevant quality-management standards.
