Molex is hiring a Project Engineer in Georgetown, Texas to lead and support strategic manufacturing initiatives, product transfers, tooling projects, AI-enabled manufacturing, and continuous improvement efforts. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, develops project plans and budgets, tracks costs and risks, analyzes manufacturing data, and applies Lean and problem-solving methodologies. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or project management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Lean, Six Sigma, capital or tooling project, AI, CAD, and ERP experience are advantageous.
