Description
The District of Rostock is hiring a Project Engineer to plan, manage, and lead construction projects including refurbishments, new builds, conversions, extensions, and modernizations. The role covers HOAI performance phases 1 through 8, project leadership, cost, schedule, and quality control, coordination with external planners and stakeholders, procurement support, and tender document preparation. It is permanent and available part-time or full-time for 35 to 39 hours per week, with a salary classification of E 11 TVöD VKA. Applicants need a completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, basic knowledge of HOAI phases 1 to 4, at least three years of relevant experience in HOAI phases 5 to 8, and a Class B driver’s license.
