Description
Therma is hiring a full-time Project Engineer in San Jose, California, to support the Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, cost and time management, contract administration, safety management, vendor and supplier coordination, submittal and change-order administration, project reporting, estimating, and closeout documentation. The role requires construction industry experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication skills; HVAC or plumbing mechanical contractor experience and a mechanical or related construction degree are preferred. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $85,000-$120,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, life, disability, and other benefits.
