MP Materials is hiring a Project Engineer for its Magnetics business in Fort Worth, Texas, to support the conception, strategy, tactical management, delivery, and commissioning of greenfield advanced manufacturing capital projects. The role oversees external contractors, coordinates with design firms, OEMs, EPC contractors, and internal subject-matter experts, manages project risks and changes, and develops project processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, at least five years of project leadership experience in industrial or high-tech manufacturing, familiarity with commissioning and start-up, and proficiency with Microsoft applications.
