MP Materials is hiring a Project Engineer for its Magnetics business in Fort Worth, Texas, to support the development and delivery of capital projects for greenfield advanced manufacturing facilities. The role manages project execution and risk, coordinates with design firms, OEMs, EPC and equipment contractors, internal subject-matter experts, and commissioning and cost-management teams, and oversees contractors from scope development through start-up and commissioning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least five years of project leadership experience in industrial or high-tech manufacturing.
