New Standard is hiring a Manufacturing Project Engineer in Hellam, Pennsylvania to lead new-product manufacturing launches and continuous improvement. The role manages budgets and timelines, coordinates with customers and cross-functional teams, resolves technical, cost, safety, and timing risks, engineers manufacturing processes, maintains engineering documentation, and collaborates with tooling and design teams. Candidates need a BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, direct manufacturing experience, and 5–7 years of project management experience. The position is in-office with occasional remote work by exception.
