Popli Design Group (PDG) is seeking a Project Engineer, Civil/Site to join their Civil/Site Engineering Department in Buffalo, NY. The successful candidate will lead civil/site projects across New York State, applying knowledge of site design, pavements, grading/drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. Responsibilities include engineering analysis and design, drafting, preparing plans and specifications, technical reporting, cost estimation, and construction observation. The role involves overseeing junior staff, serving as a client contact, and providing guidance to stakeholders.
